  • Documentation of solicitation efforts within the community, such as for donation of goods and services. 

  • Documentation such as flyers, social media links, web pages, etc., that identify how information of the services offered by the program are being shared with the community.

Soliciting Community Support

 

Contractors should solicit support from the community, such as for donation of goods and services and maintain documentation of solicitation efforts from the community.

What this might look like in a program:

  • Program staff develop & maintain letters requesting donation of goods and services.

  • Program staff maintain documentation of efforts as indicated on an in-kind donation form that was provided to the individual or company who donated an item or funds to your organization.

 

Information Sharing

 

Contractors must identify how information of the services offered by the program are being shared with the community. 

What this might look like in a program:

  • Review your marketing plan:

    • Branding

    • Website

    • Flyers, Banners, Yard Signs etc.…

    • Mailings

    • Event Registration

    • Radio Announcement

    • Social Media

  • Program staff maintain records of Information shared with the community regarding provided services.
